Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read the policy below before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue are required as proof.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design (as many items are handcrafted).
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, full refund will be provided.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to share bank details for refund processing.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is offered only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Return Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Do not send products back without confirmation.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), return shipping will be covered.
  • For any other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Important Notes

  • Religious idols and decor items are delicate; please handle with care.
  • Slight imperfections are natural in handmade products and not considered defects.
